I have a 1990 F350 that I bought about a year ago and had nothing but problems with it. I have a few of these trucks and am usually able to fix them for the most part.   One day I had no power at all and I couldn't figure it out. I took it in to Precision and they had it fixed within a couple of days. Now the truck runs better than it ever has and I am really happy with the service. I have used Precision a few times and have always had great service. Mike the customer service rep is very knowledgeable and keeps you updated and informed. I needed the AC replaced on my 2010 Prius after hitting some debris on the freeway. Modesto Toyota quoted me 1500 for parts and labor. I found the parts myself and called Precision Auto to see if they would put the parts I bought on the vehicle. Ted said they would, but that they couldn't guarantee the parts since they didn't know where they came from, if they were the right ones, etc. I told him I was okay with that. Later that day he called me to tell me he took the liberty of calling around for my parts and found them for only 35 bucks more than I'd found them for and that they could guarantee these parts for two years. I agreed and was so pleased and surprised that he made the effort on my behalf! They have a night drop for your keys, the shop and waiting area is spacious and clean, and they completed all the work I needed on the AC plus refurbishing my headlight covers and doing an alignment for half of what Modesto Toyota quoted. This place is GREAT!!! Great customer service, very personable staff and just an all around  pleasant atmosphere.  I have a 15 year old vehicle and I have a need for a good and honest mechanics. A Big Shout Out to Ted and the guys at Precision Automotive.  Our truck had an issue with a knocking sound.  Took my parts to do a Tune Up.  Ted called on July 17th with bad news.  We needed a Remanufactured Engine from Jasper, Great Company.  Told us to sleep on it.  On July 18 called at 11:45 to tell him to put the engine in our truck.  Now, on July 19th, we needed something out of the truck so we stopped by.  There on the floor was our new engine.  And today, at 2:45 Ted called and said to come pick up our truck.  Ted even replace a lot of other stuff with new parts, hoses, water pump, he took nothing to chance.  I am so stoked about this.  Highly Recommended Shop, I will be back.  Thanks again Guys. - Randy M (5 star review found on Yelp)
