Feel confident going here! My mom experienced catastrophic engine failure coming home at night. The AAA tow truck driver brought her here. They were kind, thorough, did good work, & stored the car for 2 weeks free of charge til she could pay. The price was reasonable & they gave her a 10% discount as well as a AAA member. I've had experience with this chain before (in Pleasanton- bad luck with cars this year) & that was an amazing experience as well.
