A Big Shout Out to Ted and the guys at Precision Automotive.  Our truck had an issue with a knocking sound.  Took my parts to do a Tune Up.  Ted called on July 17th with bad news.  We needed a Remanufactured Engine from Jasper, Great Company.  Told us to sleep on it.  On July 18 called at 11:45 to tell him to put the engine in our truck.  Now, on July 19th, we needed something out of the truck so we stopped by.  There on the floor was our new engine.  And today, at 2:45 Ted called and said to come pick up our truck.  Ted even replace a lot of other stuff with new parts, hoses, water pump, he took nothing to chance.  I am so stoked about this.  Highly Recommended Shop, I will be back.  Thanks again Guys. - Randy M (5 star review found on Yelp)

The staff is so friendly and helpful here! I felt very comfortable bringing my older vehicle here for a brake check and oil change. They informed me right away when they found a broken hose and that it would take a little longer to complete. They didn't try and push unexpected vehicle maintenance like some of the other oil change places are encouraged to do. Feel confident going here! My mom experienced catastrophic engine failure coming home at night. The AAA tow truck driver brought her here. They were kind, thorough, did good work, & stored the car for 2 weeks free of charge til she could pay. The price was reasonable & they gave her a 10% discount as well as a AAA member. I've had experience with this chain before (in Pleasanton- bad luck with cars this year) & that was an amazing experience as well.
